Jeff Prussack | designer
PlanTheSpace is a design studio founded by Jeff Prussack. We design simple, modern, site-specific homes and buildings.
My work embraces context. Needs of the building site, management team and project/operating budget. I have a strong interest in modern vernacular design, local materials and diy fabrication. As a community minded planner I see space as an asset to help foster engagement. Spacemaking is a process to use the built environment to add value to our lives and businesses.
PlanTheSpace was established in June of 2015 in Chicago's Innovation Hub of 1871 Merchandise Mart. In SE Minnesota I built my practice delivering services for a group of entrepreneurs and commercial real estate teams.

Passion for designing site specific buildings organized around the needs of the user. Grounded in an appreciation for practical financial pressures. Financial modeling is always paired with design.
