PlanTheSpace was hired by Hentges Glass to work through a series of leasing layouts and development options. The Hentges family operated their glazing company out of this former auto dealership for over 30 years.
Leasing: An industrial property on the edge of Rochester's downtown. Ideal for creative professionals and niche retail businesses. Potential tenants included biomedical companies and a doggy day care.
Development: The site is adjacent to the University of Minnesota's proposed Rochester Campus. Site development primarily focused on units that would service a student population and medical works.
